OVERVIEW
NuEra Tight is a non-invasive, temperature-controlled radiofrequency (RF) treatment that may help improve mild skin laxity, the appearance of cellulite, and selected body contours.
Its FocalRF technology allows treatment settings to be adjusted for different areas and tissue depths. At Skinstitute, we offer two personalized treatments:
NuTight (Face & Neck)
Uses controlled RF heating to support collagen remodeling and gradually improve the appearance of mild skin laxity around the lower face, jawline, under the chin, and neck. Suitability depends on whether your concern is loose skin, fullness, or both.
NuContour (Body)
Uses RF heating to help improve the appearance of cellulite and mild skin laxity on areas such as the abdomen, upper arms, flanks, and thighs. Changes in contour vary with the area treated and your individual response.

Customizable Settings (FocalRF)

Little to No Downtime for RF Alone
NuTight and NuContour do not involve needles or incisions. Most patients can resume usual daily activities afterward, although temporary redness, warmth, or swelling may occur. Combination treatments have separate aftercare instructions.

Does NuEra Tight hurt?+
It usually feels warm, like a hot stone massage. Tell us right away if it feels too hot or uncomfortable.
Is there any downtime?+
Usually little to none. You may have temporary redness, warmth, or mild swelling. Follow our aftercare advice before exercising. Treatments with injections may need more recovery time.
How many sessions do I need?+
We usually recommend 4 to 8 sessions, spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart. Your dermatologist will adjust the plan based on your needs and results.
When will I see results?+
Changes develop gradually over several weeks to months. Results vary, and maintenance sessions may help.
Am I a good candidate for NuContour?+
It may suit you if you want to improve mild loose skin, cellulite, or body contours. It is not a weight-loss treatment.
Is it safe for all skin types?+
It may be suitable for different skin tones, but a consultation is needed. Burns and skin color changes are possible. Tell us if you are pregnant, have an implant such as a pacemaker, or have a skin infection.
Can I do NuTight with other facial treatments on the same day?+
Sometimes. Your dermatologist will advise which treatments can be combined and whether you need to wait after recent injections.
